Planet Doughnut doughnuts, are made in the Shrewsbury bakery, 6 days a week. Hand cut, iced and decorated, each and every doughnut is made with the finest ingredients and a touch of artistry, ensuring a delightful experience with every bite.

Are any of your doughnuts vegan?

Yes, some of our doughnuts are vegan. Check out our doughnut menu to see which ones are vegan.

How long do your doughnuts last?

We recommend eating your doughnuts on the day of purchase or delivery. If kept in a cool dry place our doughnuts have a 48 hour shelf life.

Should I keep them in the fridge/freezer?

Our doughnuts have undergone freezing at -36°C and have been thawing during transit to you. We advise against refrigerating or freezing our products, as it may compromise the dough's texture and diminish their overall enjoyment.



How do I order doughnuts?

To order, check out our online shop, select your box selection and fill in your details.

Please note, in order for nationwide orders to delivered next day, orders must be received by 1pm.

Can I change the selection of doughnuts in my box?

Sadly, we cannot provide a customisable box selection other than that already available.

However, if you are near any of our stockist locations, feel free to pop by and pick up a box of your preferred flavours.

How to I change something on my order?

In order for us to be able to amend anything on your order, before shipping, we request that you let us know within 1 hour of you receiving your order confirmation, either by emailing or by calling us on 01743 664 502.

Where do you deliver to?

For online orders, we deliver to mainland UK. For bespoke orders, delivery will be factored into your quotation.

Will my doughnuts be fresh if being sent by post?

Yes, of course. We dispatch all our doughnuts on a 24hour delivery service. We suggest that you eat your doughnuts when they are delivered or within 48 hours.

How long does shipping take and do you ship next day?

Yes, all our shipping is on a next day delivery service.

Can I select the time my order is delivered?

Unfortunately, you cannot specify the time of when your order needs to be delivered by. If you need your order delivered for a specific date, please drop that in the comments section at checkout.

Does anyone need to be in for the time of delivery?

We always suggest that someone be in when your order is delivered, however our courier company will leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.

My order hasn't arrived, what happens next?

Please check your tracking confirmation. If your order still hasn't arrived and is showing as delivered, please email us at or call us on 01743 664 502 and we will look into your order.

My order has arrived, but its been damaged?

Before our doughnuts leave our bakery, we ensure they are correctly packed ready for courier collection. If your box looks like your box has been to space and back, please take a picture and email us at with your order number and we will look into your order.
